Description:
After the mysterious gateways materialised around the world, creatures invaded from the portals from their unknown origin. From harmless pets to vicious beasts, thousands of new species have changed the lives of many in the population.
In Slay 'n Sauté, players follow the journey of Pauline, a dropout from Cainùr Culinary School who takes advantage of the sudden appearance of new and unexplored creatures. Pauline’s newfound talent takes her to creating unprecedented dishes, caramelised dragon tongue, desserts baked from slimes or replacing chicken in her stir fry recipe for a cockatrice. She's prepared to prove that more can be done with the creatures that now overrun the landscape. Pauline’s ideas are new, but customers are willing to venture in and observe what she can create.
Slay and Sauté is a turn-based RPG with a driven narrative that combines the design elements of combat, cooking simulation, and narrative exploration. Fight and defeat various mythical creatures using a card deck move system to harvest unusual ingredients. Cook them into creative cuisines and explore the world through your interactions with customers. With its equal focus on combat, simulation, and exploration, the game offers a seamless experience where players set their own pace, the ability to balance strategy within combat, cook with leisure and discover the new world.
